Minnesota Ole West Living History

Minnesota Old West Living History

We hope that you have some fun, learning about our organization and about our western heritage.

The Minnesota Old West/Rendezvous  re-enactors  have been educating spectators and making new friends from

All over Minnesota & beyond.  We make a note to  feature 1800 era history of your area.
We have been involved in Historic Re-enactments before we even started this show.

We are looking forward to many more action packed years, and hope that you come see us some time in the near future.
This 15+ re-enactors (and growing) organization aims to preserve and promote interest in the heritage of this part of our country's history, ca.1840-1900.
The MNOWLH encourages the reenactors to do research so that clothing, weapons and more will be as close as they can to authentically true.

The MN Old West  will make a very memorable addition to your event.
Our appearance in your event will be fitted to what you want and can afford.  From a one day event to a 4 day event....you pick.  Maybe you want us to come and have a few shoot outs plus cowboy antics for just the day.          Or prefer a camping set up to display our Tent town of Settlers with living history.                                      Educational Appearance, Grand Opening, Corporate/Business party, Weddings & more!

"We even have a MN Ordained Minister to perform the Wedding ceremony."

Have a Train handy that needs robbing? - WE CAN DO THAT!

Staging areas for the scenarios are set in an Old West style.  Set for Rendezvous at your request also.
Re-encators featured in newspapers, historical re-enactments; television (Fox 21 Online Duluth, MN) and radio appearances.

Join us at our events and transport yourself back to the Old West or Fur Traders Rendezvous!  Walk through our tent town & experience the "Living History" as we live it.  Witness a robbery of the Wells Fargo shipment -  Gun fights - meet a few of the Wild West show re-enactors.  Meet Emily Rose or "Ma" our Sharp shooters! Maybe Cowboy Sloan or Honest Deputy Shotgun & more.  Mingle with Cowpokes like Buckshot, lawmen like JD or Mr. Bailey & Settlers like Lorelle, Hannah Rose, Natalie & Christa, maybe watch a cowboy twirl with his rope. Try calf roping or take a tent tour. Learn about candle or soap making while our gals are making it or talk range cooking with Cook E Baker  & his gal!  Ask about a sample of the items we make.
